Just popping by Saturday, June 30, 2012 @ 10:49 pmFlipped over the GREAT Firewall of China, blogging. Shall just summarise first since i need to wake up slightly earlier so that I could spend my day at the beach! haha. Anyway, Since i did not get to rest as i flew back immediately after resigning from my job, I spent the first few days in China leading a pig's life. I wake up at 10am everyday, eat, watch tv, go out for a walk, chat with my grandparent, eat, sleep, eat, sleep.... Yes, a pig's life! hahaha Then I went to Dandong, and camped at the potentially dangerous border (Quoted from Samuel) that I could be caught for trespassing if i took a few more steps entering north korea. We went there for the beautiful scenery btw, not for the historical values hahahaXD. Will upload photos and write details. After spending 3 days in Dandong, I came back and started shopping..... So its shopping shopping shopping shopping .... ... .. . For now, bought many accesories, 2 nail polishes, 6 t-shirts/tops, a pair of jeans a Rilakkuma Bagpack and a long skirt! hahaha~ Also, helped out at my cousin's stall. She sells something like the singaporean yong tau fu, will explain again. today will only post main points. Today, went to the country side to visit my maternal side grandparents and my 2nd aunt. I love the clean air and the scenery in the country side. Not forgetting the animals that i love. The vegetables are so fresh and they are organic, yes, very healthy! hmm... yup thats about all for now. Going to the beach tomorrow~ will post again when i'm free / not that lazy to do so haha ciaoz~ |
