Sunday, April 08, 2012 @ 12:59 amYes, here I am after like 3 months of hiatus. Actually I wanted to share about my trip in China, but when i landed in SG, I repacked my luggage to get ready to fly to Phuket. Then when i returned from Phuket, I started to plan for the "tour" around Singapore for my Uncle and family who came to visit. Not long after they left, I got a job and did not have time to write blog posts. So as you can see, i was really busy! (LOL! That was full of BS on top, although everything on top is true, but the real reason of not posting is the building up of stuff to post and LAZINESS) Since I can't sleep, then i shall start updating my life. Slowly. Bit by bit. Ok, let me share about work. I've been working for about a month already, working in NTU but not for NTU. LOL~ I really dunno what department i belong to since i do both purchasing and Human Resourse (HR). Coz its a small side office in NTU, each department is represented by one person, as a new SK Warrior, i help both persons and thus, I know both departments' job scopes and do both tasks. Its really convenient i should say, because if anyone of them is on leave, i could at least help to keep the department running. So, achievement that is. LOL So what do i do for my job? I feel that i do more HR than purchasing. As my company has many foreign workers, I'll have to look after their welfare. Below are some of the cases i've been through: 1) Worker needs new pants 2) Worker wants to see doctor (so give them this form to see doc to waive fees) 3) Worker gives me MC 4) Worker's salary got mistake 5) Worker wants to resign 6) Worker's WP is gonna expire .... ... .. . So on and so forth.... Its quite tiring i should say, but i feel that its a good learning experience though. I've learnt many things that i couldn't learn by helping out at my mum's school... Not that bad a thing to do i should say... Shall not go on to rant/complain about the things i don't like there. Later they see liao then i GG... hahaha. Since i'm working from Mon to Fri, I really see my friends less than before. You know who you are, yes i miss you! I wanna meet ppl for dinner frequently to talk and rant or simply just eat dinner. I feel that due to work or something, I'm losing track of the important ppl of my life and i feel kinda isolated T^T OMG SABISHII~~~~~ LOL So please, if I ask you out for dinner, do come with me~ Pretty please:) |
