Its the fact that i dunch really know how to write official letters coz the damn school did not teach. Then you blame me that i only learn things from the damn textbook. HELLO? our freaking school dun use freaking textbooks. and its the fact that we've never touched official letters and i have practically NO IDEA how to start and there is no particular reason for me to read up on them in my free time coz its useless to me. damn.
