My grandparents came here (from China) to stay, as a fillial grandaughter, i'll have to show them around and make them feel comfy and fell at home. hahaha... Thursday was the learning Symposium. the presentations are better than last year and its not as boing as i've expected, but the game stalls look seriously boring, so Mungyu and I decided to stay in class (with many many many other ppl). Many ppl pon school woor, and many guys (Gordon, yanshan, Gaston, Benjamin..........) pulled tables together to sleep in class. It was like 验尸房 hahaha JK. Then went to Page one @ Vivo with Mungyu coz she wanna buy her 泡沫之夏and i wanted my BREAKING DAWN! later, we then found out that her book was out of stock =( and i've decided to get breaking dawn at West Mall's popular as there is a 20% discount. BUT, it was out of stock too TT.TT nvm, so went to library to borrow book lor. So i didn't go back empty-handed =) OH! and yesterday, friday was the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! First, addressed by Miss Ek. ok not too bad lah, her speeches are getting more and more lively to keep us awake and alive. She thn showed the progress of our new campus. it was really a WOW! I love the size of the new performing arts block, GIGANTIC! Hope we can get to use it. Then it was break, but everyone stayed in class to talk, and i was reading Zhaoxue's Outsider. After Break, our report cards!!!! GPA 3.1, not very good compared to the highest 3.9 (DUH!!!) but at least I improves =)) I'm satisfied with that. Oh and I bet with ruimin that my GPA was surely lowing then his when he was "worrying" about his results and commenting on mine. Eventually, i won the bet but he refues to pay up ($15 for 2K chalet) Whatever lah sianzz... Later had band, BORING NIA! I didn't get to play as Miss Chan only did till bar 35, i only have 2 bars to play and others are all RESTS... Sianzzz... then we had this long talk with the SLs and Excos. AFter band, some excos ( Sebby, Daphine, Veron, Rach, Siwei, Yewhui& Shimin and Me) went Mac to discuss about band pracs in hols and band camp. I'm NOT supposed to leak anything out haha. I'm quite looking orward for the band camp, although it might be tiring, but it sounds quite fun =) Then when i went to top upmy card, i saw Qiuyan, Tix...they all. So we went home tgt coz we all take 963. I've got to know more about the class now... haizz... hope that we can bond next year ... my dad saw my report card and said " not bad, got improve. jiayou , i think you can do better" my mum saw my report card abd said " got improvement........ why your chinese so low? I've told you to do more and read more, did you? (i did) and see la, now so low. and your english also like that, i better get you a tutor. Wah, your physics, why is it below avg? your bio leh? I bet you are too lazy to memorize thats why so low. ( i DID memorize) So what if you did? You always do last min work, it doesn't help. you always fail to plan your time well. THats why. I EXPECT better results next time. you understand?" i'm sick and tired of life like this... |
