Saturday, August 02, 2008 @ 7:41 pmOk... haven been blogging due to the tight schedule of this week.... k let me finish my story on OBS... Day FOUR : Woke up and had nice breakfast at the paradise campsite!!! haha... then we did high elements.. I LOVE HEIGHT!!! Coz i'm short! so i will cherish any moment that i can see everything with the birds' eye view! haha... I dun have fear of heights but i am really very very very afraid of water. Oh... WE climbed that very high thing at camp1, i climbed alone while others went up in pairs =( but i had everyone's support when i was up there. When i almost reach, my wrist just died, CRACK! Ouch! cant go up le lah... Almost gave up but the guys helped me! They pulled me up! OMG!!! haha... Thanks guys! I only noe got GORDEN, CHANGWEI (i think) and others... tel me hu are they ppl! haha nvm.. Then we had this "initiative" talk, as we chose the Sea -X leaders to be the land- X leaders too coz we thought they are more experinced. but Naf said we lack of initiative and let others do the job... So in the end, Siqi and Aaron became the navigators. We trekked about 1hr 10 mins and we amazingly found all the checkpoints and finished within such a short time!!!! During trekking, I was bored and tired! Jillian and I were singing band songs so that will distract us from feeling tired, but it bored Tracy ... haha.. She was wondering wad song at 1st, then we told her its band songs, then she went "diao =.= " hahazz... This is the time when the guys CHANGED!!! They suddenly became so man! helped us a lot... After reaching the campsite, they took the initiative to clear the store while we gals were outside, packing our bags enjoying the cool breeze and resting... The guys were GREAT on that day! haha... MUNGYU was there!! Miss her!!! then chatted... hmm... then nothing much le... We cooked a lot together with Nila Utama so to be shared amongs us and Hillary coz they were atated by Hornets(unsure of spelling) ... poor thing.. The GUYS cooked and helped us in the washing! then went to sleep and awaits for the next morning... Oh during the night rite, we put all our tents together facing each other and we 7 gals squeezed into ONE tent! To Gossip!!! But suddenly the instructors came! OMG!! We lied down and packed like sardines... The instructors were there to catch the Nila Utama guys hu sneaked away... their tents were unpitched by the instructors coz they want them to go find the guys... poor thing nia... wake up in the middle ofthe night... WE gals were so scared lor then we juz fall aslp , 7 of us in a tent haha... Day FIVE : Last day of OBS. we cleaned up our store and did washing, scrubbing... sianzz... didn do much activities... Only trust dive. I SWEAR that trust dive is much easier than trustfall coz i dun really trust them. Its not really dun trust lah, but i dun easily trust ppl... coz i was betrayed before... nvm... my personal commitment was " DO NOT GIVE UP EASILY!!" then i dived and hitted the bell! haha... OBS ended, but this the start of a new journey. Da GAMA will still be united as 1 ( i hope) and continue the spirit and bonding we had during OBS =)) Labels: obs |
