Friday, August 29, 2008 @ 8:06 pmToday is Teachers' Day!!! May All teachers have a pleasant teachers' day!!! No lessons today! Woots!! Just celebrations!! It was first ACES day -- All Children Exercise Ok then the Class party. We had DAMN lots of thing to eat lor! Alvin ordered 8 pizzas!! and everyone brought Chips, snacks, drinks (although the school encouraged healthy food, but who cares ?) and 4 little tables are certainly not enough to put ALL the food lor... haha... It look as if we are selling food like that. During the ACES day thing, some of the guys got scolded for whateva reaso that i'm not too sure, which made MR. Ng angry =( Then he never turn up for the class party TT.TT But we still had a great time with Miss Pan! Minni hugged Miss Pan damn hard and did her famous "pump" on her... Miss Pan was totally stunned ==// then the girls mass hugged Miss Pan! She is REALLY very NICE! She even bought 35 pieces of cakes from Polar!! Ex woor... We cant find MR. Ng!!! But still, we started eating, and taking photos... After eating, we went out to play ELOPE!!! Minni, Sheryl Mungyu and I did a demostration and showed them how to play. It was kinda funny lor.. we were playing and totally in our world while the others stared at us, looking blur... LOL. then we Explained and Demo-ed together and they finally understood... Then the game starts... Yingxue eloped with Yuheng, Minni eloped with Kennard! Haha... Then Alvin eloped with Ruimin! haha.. Then cant remember the others oops. As Alvin and Ruimin were the last pair, they did forfiet... We wanted then to do the an1 quan2 zhi1 wen3 (kiss the lips but with a paper in the middle so that you won't really have to kiss that person) Alvin seemed alrightand accepted but Ruimin looked like he would rather die than to kiss Alvin. haha... Being kind, we changed a forfiet. They started from far away, Alvin shouted " MIN MIN!!!" Ruimin " ALVIN!!!" Then they ran towards each other and hugged!!! haha.. kinda funny coz they mearly patted each other on the back... We then went for the concert. It started with 3 guys doing break dance! DAMN COOL!!! Then Miss Ek made a speech, short and sweet =)) Then the concert continues.. dun really wanna write the details... This concert is GOOD! Its something our generation! And the DANCE SOCIETY DID A GREAT JOB!!! I saw Siqi dancing!! haha... he seriously can dance man! So cool!!! And its like so NOT him lor.. haha You will never know what your friends can do man! After concert, I went to look for Yulu and made the gift for Mrs Chak and wrot Messages on the balloons for all other (ex) band teachers... There were 2 left overs so I took one and yulu took one... Its was kinda extra as i had to squeeze onto buses so i gave it to Jillian haha... WHen i returned to class, I saw Mungyu and Yingxue cleaning up the classroom, so poor thing... everyone went to play and left the 2 of them to clean.. So i helped out before i chiong back to yuhua. After all those Bus and MRT ride, I FINALLY REACHED THE MAC!!! I saw 6Irian!!! Noel, Charmaine, Jiayue (who came later than me XD), Sherwin, Tony and Xuying!! OMG! I really miss you guys a lot... Xuying was really nice! He was very gentlemen, helped to do this do that, and other stuff... Not like some OTHER GUYS (if they are reading, they know hu they are), hu are so NOT gentleman!! haha.. nvm... But Xuying left after awhile as he had to chiong for his Xcountry training... Should have taken group photo lor... Later, we went to Yuhua and had (2nd) lunch. I miss Yuhua pri's canteen food lor! And it is REALLY VERY CHEAP!!! I had curry chicken! It was my favourite food since i entered Yuhua lor... We went to an area to chat after failing to find Miss Tan... Then there is this teacher hu had 2 "little cute" MOLES on his face, came to chase us out of the school and suggest that we should leave now and leave our present here for the teacher if we had any. As very guai pupils, we listened, but come to think of it, whats the point of coming back, not seeing the teacher but just leave a gift, so we went to look for Miss Tan Again.... Then Mrs. GEE let us in!! WOots! Coz she know us and noe that we are not baddies ... So we went to her class to find her and helped her to look after her class and played with the pri 2 kids. I really SUCK at handling children... But still, we played poison ball and enjoyed ourselves. The kids were so easily satisfied lor... After the kids left for recess, Sherwin had a wonderful idea to play volley ball in the classroom ... =.= The classroom was so short lor, the ball just hit the ceiling very very easily, I think this is the only place where i can feel that i'm TALL!! Haha... Then we became Santa's elves! Coz we helped miss tan to make Cards for her colleges. The cards are really very nice!! All thanks to Jiayue, our most art inclined gal! She is really very artistic!!! Then we started talking about each others schools, and i realised there are so many "interesting" people in the whole world... Then i dunch noe y, but the "tony and I" thing was still on, and Sherwin was "complaining" that he was being extra and was sandwiched =.= I started to play band songs and dunch noe why, i and Charmaine are talking in "band language" again... And the others were like, dun understand... But in the end, Sherwin got into our world! It must be his sister that made him into this, if not he will NEVER understand band... haha... Then i was summarizing the instrus i play... Mallets, Timpani, Drums, Auxillary.. Then Sherwin was reminded about what Tony said earlier, "He ran into me, He fell, He bushuang, He kicked me" lol... He must have passed his summary with flying colours man!! After making the cards, we went to distribute.. We were really like santa's elves man! haha... Then, we had some time, and the Girls went to take picture in the toilet haha... Then WE also took group photo. Too bad its with Noel and i will upload next time when i get it =)) Oh and we only left at arounf 6++ pm... Tony then told me about his class and about _______. I think he must have some misunderstanding with Tony man! If not Tony will not be that suai!! haha... nvm.. I'm crapping... K, i'm tired and dun wana blog anymore... My Common test results SUCK!!! I bearly passed my Chem, I got B3 for bio when 71% of the class scored As. For today's Maths paper, my graph is WRONG!!! My coordinate geometry is WRONG and i found it wrong and wanted to change, then MR. Ng was like "times up!" WTH!!!! Piano Exam, I think my aural is TOTALLY out of tune, my pieces, i restarted due to the nervous-ness and coldness... K fine, Some postive points lah: I did alright for my both prac tests for bio and chem.. Physcis? NO HOPE!!! Then the scales he gave for piano was easy, i didbn't screw up as much as last year, the sight reading was easy too! haha What else, oh i went to buy teachers day present for my primary school teacher just now, we bought an elmo cushion! Its cute lah, but a bit black lor... Then we bought a CD and want to make a PPT for her with our well wishes and stuff.. I'm totally stunned by the Bio assignment coz most of the answers cant be found in the notes... Thus the internet came to the rescue! =.= (that must be what you all are thinking..) ok anyway, Common test have finally came to an end (not actually, coz maths paper is on next wed) I think i screwed all my papers except for Chinese coz it was lots easier than i've expected. It was a compre with only 4 questions and a summary... I thought it could have been a long long passage with tonnes of question and a extreme difficult summary... This always happen coz the school always want its students to buy more pens so that the book shop will have profit... I screwed my chem, coz i think the questions are not THAT difficult but my mind just went BLANK at the moment when the test started... Physics was NO BETTER! It WORSE actually as i didn't really use my brains doing it coz no matter how hard i think, there is ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER... I screwed up everything man! T.T The tests have ended so there is no use crying over spilled milk. Went back to our sitting arrangement after the common test and kinda ot used to 2 mountains in front of me (yun rong and yu heng). Alvin helped us cleared our classroom and sweeped the floor, mopped it too. He cleared our under desks as well... (Alvin is nice!) Well, nothing much for him to clear for mine coz i've cleared the rubbished and destoryed all evidences of eating before the start of the common test... He said he saw roaches and a mountian of rubbish after clearing, and he even found worksheets of last year under some ppl's table XD Oh. And i finally start reading Twilight!!! They even joined us for Section dinner yesterday. Sianzz. I shall start about yesterday.. Went to take Neoprint with Parents!!! haha! They finally agreed to take Neo! I'm happy happy happy =))) I will upload next time coz i'm not using my own com. Nvm... Those neos look damn nice lor, except that the seco wasnt too great coz i've lost all my skills of decorating neos after not taking neos for 8 months and 9 days. haha... Ok... Then stayed up late to support CHINA'S BASKETBALL MATCH with USA. Wow... The Americans are damn pro can? Their way of playing is like ... ARTISTIC!!! All those lan2 ban3 qiu2 (slam dunk?) is soo cool !!! The Chinese 's 3 pointer is cool too!!! Almost all went in lor... haha.... but China still lost to USA. SAD T.T nvm.... Watched the Badmintton match of Ronald susilio with Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia. I seriously knew more about badmintton after all those trainings. haha.. anyway, Ronald susilio didn't play THAT well (as he did last time) today. He lost to Lee Chong wei by a lot woor... 13-21, 14-21... But seriously, both of them are good ok? Just that Lee was too fast to be caught up.. and Susilio should have more confidence (according to what he said during the interview) Jiayou everyone! Then Taoli was unable to get the gold medal and got 5th in the 100m butterfly stroke... haha... this is the 1st time that i'm sooooo INTO sports... Then went to book piano studio for my piano exam. The venue was so near to my house lor... Then went to Westmall to buy my TWILIGHT!!! WOOTS! I was wondering if i will rent or buy coz i will have to hide the book if i buy coz my parents dun really allow me to read book that will not help my studies directly. T.T, tuesday was their official last day. All sections had their seniors and stayed to talk and say a proper goodbye before they left, they cried for each other before they left. I saw many sections hugging togther, crying... But what about us, our senoirs are not there that day, not a proper goodbye and just left... Sad... Others had seniors to cry with but we don't T.T nvm... But we noe, we are still linked, not separated forever... Forget about these emo stuff... Friday 080808!!! We "performed" without the Sec 4s! PERCUSSION DID A GREAT JOB!!! haha... I was deafened by Gloria as i changed place with Zile last minute... I was deafened by my crash cymbals too... The marching was nice... better than the rehearsals haha... I think if I were to play cymbals for marching everyday, i will have HUGE muscles man!! After that they ached like SHIT! BEIJING OLYMPICS OPENING CEREMONY!!! COOL STUFF! IT ROCKED THE WORLD OK? China had showcased what they are capable of to the world! I bet nobody in the world will ever underestimate China! HMPH!! haha.... I love the fireworks, and i miss the national anthem. Haven sing for years man, and I miss the neat march in, i miss all the chinese stuff that i haven seen for years... Thday's lessons are damn sian lor... but during SS, Mrs Ong told us another of her personal recounts... LOL, Her life very Jing1cai3 nia... So many things happen... Anyway, i'm so tired lor... coz of the Istana performance yesterday... ==++ ISTANA OPEN HOUSE ++== Our performance, I reached school at around 10am and went to practice. Later we carried the instrus to the lorry... Heavy nia... My arms ached like hell. Due to the thick uniform, i was almost melting lor... OMG. I wonder hu designed the uniform, seriously look like some waiter haha... Oh and my blazser very very very very huge!! All thanks to Yewhui lor... Made my skirt look damn short and MissChan want me to pull it down when it was already at knee length.. K, the performance.. It was alright lah.. It sounded very nice. But it was damn fast, faster than practice de tempo... At least i did not screw up *phew* Oh for the song namida sou sou ~ hana, Fulte forgot to come in AGAIN and I played and I tot i counted wrongly lor... Scary... And the stage is damn small and steep! Our instru are quite "squashed" and the stage is on a slope lor, when i go from vib to glock, i can feel the steep gradient and almost fall. Percuz are suppose to move during pop songs but i dare not to move coz i was going to fall off the stage. During Japanese Graffiti, my fille fall onto xylo when it was my turn to come in! sianzz... I practiced that for so long and cant get to play it T.T There was not many audience lor. Like performing to a little group of people lor... SAD =( Later, we toured in the Istana. It was really very beautiful! I like the vases they got from various countries! I like the glass vase from Indonesia! Really very nice! Then we took picture with President Nardan. He was quite shocked when he heard us greeting him in a very "fierce" and formal way.. haha... ~The End~ Saturday, August 02, 2008 @ 8:15 pmOK. Finished the part on OBS. Now its the emo part... A lot of stuff took place this week... I've (oficially) became an EXCO, library no. 2 (yulu is head) now its time to work extra hard as i'm no longer a normal bandsmen, and SYF is next year... This oso apply to my section. NO MORE MISS NICE LADY! I'm gone be more firm once the "SYF training" starts and i'm seriously not going to tolerate anymore of *****'s jokes.... Seriously, percussion needs to buck up after DDNN, WJ and Sarah leaves.. Like wad huisee said today, we are NOT gona survive! OMG!!! Oh and dear ____, u've changed, pls do not have the mindset that if you can play, you can forget the word called "RESPECT". The fact that we are ur seniors do still applies even if we cant play that instru as good as u. But at least we tried, we dared to make mistakes and learn from them, but u didn't, just gave up... NVM, shall not continue on and on... ISTANA performance is tomorrow!!! GOSH! Must play out!!! Do not Chicken out! K, i'm not really nervous coz i'm not facing the audience anyway, i will face Mschan, not audience so no need to be nervous haha... JIAYOU FOR ISTANA TMR!!! Day FOUR : Woke up and had nice breakfast at the paradise campsite!!! haha... then we did high elements.. I LOVE HEIGHT!!! Coz i'm short! so i will cherish any moment that i can see everything with the birds' eye view! haha... I dun have fear of heights but i am really very very very afraid of water. Oh... WE climbed that very high thing at camp1, i climbed alone while others went up in pairs =( but i had everyone's support when i was up there. When i almost reach, my wrist just died, CRACK! Ouch! cant go up le lah... Almost gave up but the guys helped me! They pulled me up! OMG!!! haha... Thanks guys! I only noe got GORDEN, CHANGWEI (i think) and others... tel me hu are they ppl! haha nvm.. Then we had this "initiative" talk, as we chose the Sea -X leaders to be the land- X leaders too coz we thought they are more experinced. but Naf said we lack of initiative and let others do the job... So in the end, Siqi and Aaron became the navigators. We trekked about 1hr 10 mins and we amazingly found all the checkpoints and finished within such a short time!!!! During trekking, I was bored and tired! Jillian and I were singing band songs so that will distract us from feeling tired, but it bored Tracy ... haha.. She was wondering wad song at 1st, then we told her its band songs, then she went "diao =.= " hahazz... This is the time when the guys CHANGED!!! They suddenly became so man! helped us a lot... After reaching the campsite, they took the initiative to clear the store while we gals were outside, packing our bags enjoying the cool breeze and resting... The guys were GREAT on that day! haha... MUNGYU was there!! Miss her!!! then chatted... hmm... then nothing much le... We cooked a lot together with Nila Utama so to be shared amongs us and Hillary coz they were atated by Hornets(unsure of spelling) ... poor thing.. The GUYS cooked and helped us in the washing! then went to sleep and awaits for the next morning... Oh during the night rite, we put all our tents together facing each other and we 7 gals squeezed into ONE tent! To Gossip!!! But suddenly the instructors came! OMG!! We lied down and packed like sardines... The instructors were there to catch the Nila Utama guys hu sneaked away... their tents were unpitched by the instructors coz they want them to go find the guys... poor thing nia... wake up in the middle ofthe night... WE gals were so scared lor then we juz fall aslp , 7 of us in a tent haha... Day FIVE : Last day of OBS. we cleaned up our store and did washing, scrubbing... sianzz... didn do much activities... Only trust dive. I SWEAR that trust dive is much easier than trustfall coz i dun really trust them. Its not really dun trust lah, but i dun easily trust ppl... coz i was betrayed before... nvm... my personal commitment was " DO NOT GIVE UP EASILY!!" then i dived and hitted the bell! haha...
