Saturday, July 26, 2008 @ 7:10 pmWOOTS~~ I SURVIVED OBS IN 1 PIECE!!! haha... Thats exagerating... OBS is not too bad after all! I super LOVE my watch!!! My watch is DA GAMA! Da Gama members : Tracy =) Feei =) Jillian =) Huijie =) Yijun =) Joycelin =) Kennard =) Jun Fei =) Si Qi =) Aaron =) Gorden =) Yen Cheng =) Changwei =) Zhen Chen =) Everyone survived together. The guys are extremely nice on the last few days. They used to be quite petty and we are not bonded at all, u do ur stuff while we do ours, but they totally changed after the height element and the initiative thing. I dunch noe why, but they suddenly became so mature! They took the initiative to help us(gals) to carry stuff during trekking, wash the necessary stuff and we cooked and wash the pots and mastins together! haha. Thanks to all of you guys, i had a wonderful OBS! haha... Not forgeting our instructor NAF! She is damn nice ok? But she can be strict at times, and a bit naggy somtimes XD. Day ONE : We reached Pungol Jetty and formed our watches and got to see our instructor. We sat down on the grass and had ice breakers. Then it started raining, our bags are all wet, we played games in our ponchos. 1st, we have to ask 3 questions 3 times for 3 person. Questions are : 1)wads ur favourite colour of underwear. 2)Whats ur fav. flavour of ice cream 3)Whos ur fav. teacher. My answers are : 1) red. hahahaha... i'm not too sure oso lor... so any how answer haha 2) Cookies and cream. YUM YUM 3) Mrs Khoo Some people answered Ms Ek, Mrs look.... =.= so fake lor... Day TWO : We did trustfall, where u stand on the platform, back facing the others hu pulled the canverst open and u do a free fall down... I was scared as i cant see what is going on behind me, so Naf told me to squad down and row over. Not too bad lah... Then later the bigger sized guys, and GORDEN was our "BOSS" "mega challenge" haha... Everyone pulled damn had and tucked in our chins. Then we practice belaying and falling from high. harnest is damn tight lor... the guys were complaining about their ____ once AGAIN... haizz... They are still not growing... Then we got to noe our buddy watches, Nila Utama( got Bing le, Jiayi, yy, and other 3K guys and 3L ppl) and Hillary(mostly 3I and 3J gals and 2 guys from 3J i think) We played team building games and competed with the other 2 watches. Although we didn win anything, but we got more bonded. After lunch, we packed up and treked 2.7 KM with our about 7kg backpacks to a ulu place in the forest. We set off after Hillary and Nila utama but we reached a little later than Utama and before Hillary! AMAZING! ALL THANKS TO CHANGWEI, our navigator! We did rafting, we didn finish in the limited time, but everyone took part and did all that we can do. Not like Utama, got ppl slp lor, then got scolded haha... After that, we pitched our tent in the ulu place and cooked our dinner. After dinner, we got our sea X leaders to brief us on what we gona do , its kayaking!! k, i'm not that enthu about kayaking ... In the night, we gals bitched in the tent about Gorden and M***a haha... then did our sentry duties. We could see Johor from our campsite and can hear the techno opposite. haha... we were "dancing", and i discovered damn lots of secrets that i didn noe lor... K i shall update the others next time...
