Saturday, July 12, 2008 @ 7:29 pmHey guys! Haven been blogging for a long time... This is due to the busy-ness brought by the SPEECH DAY! The haha... Ok this morning i reached school at 7am coz the band require us to do so, then the head was late himself and opened the band room at around 710am.. Later, we go warm up and do combine, since all our instrus are in the SC room and backstage, we played all mallets part on the vibraphone and DDNN was tring to make his own snare with the piccolo snare, tom-tom and make gloria hold a cymbal as ride/suspend cymbal... haha... March Blue Sky was alright during combine coz we had a tom as the bass drum and a piccolo snare. I was playing the vibraphone as a substitution of my bells. But Jap Graf sounded terible without the drumset. I AM SERIOUS! Then DDNN failed to construct his drumset so he only played the snare for the G and H part.. After that is the wait till our performance. We waited and waited and we are the last item... GOSH! Wait for the ppl to finish speech-ing and give out the prizes... Then we went to check our instrument.. Walau! Our bass drum skin kena blue paint!!! WTS! But luckily it was the side that we are going to change anway so its ok lah... BUT! Dunno which bunch of idiots spoiled our timpani!! WTF. Everyting out of tune! And for the following band pracs we cannot play timpani anymore coz its SO OUT! The idiots spoilt one pedal, and pushed all the tuning buttons together. That is supposed to be done with a screw and a tuner and a professionist. and they just push everything with bare hand! Its not an accident! Coz it require force! If we catch the ppl i tell u, they are SO DEAD! Zile was so pissed coz timpani was his baobei... Gloria was pissed off too..haizz.. sad nia... I bet Miss Chan will be damn mad with us lor... Sad... but wad was done cannot be undone... No chioce... 听天由命吧... Labels: band |
