After a trip of 5 days, i think i can write a book about it coz there are just too many things to write! ~~ 31/5/2008 ~~ TOKYO DISNEY LAND !!! I love the place! But the weather was not good... It was so cold! The wind was blowing and the raining was raining heavily, but this does not stop me from wanting to go Disney land! In Disney, everyone became a kid, all those mikey mouse ears and stuff looks so cute! I went on lots of ride (indoor) like pirates of carreabin(unsure of spelling=[ ), a fake jungle, Small world and so on.... I love the pirates ride! Captain Jack looks so real!!!! Then there was this fighting scene, where canons fly and you will feel the wind as if the canon flew pass u... Nothing much to say about rides, but the shows are great too! I heard the songs that band had played in the Disney classic revue, love it! Then there was this super cool marching "band" performing. It only consist of 12 people, 3 percussionist, but they doubled up and played many instrus. The bass drum had a crash, the snare had hi-hat, and the marching tom-tom had 3 cowbells and 1 tambourine! SO COOL! I wana be like them! Able to play so well!!! There was this trumpeter, he played a birthday song for the kid beside me, it was his birthday(i guess), haha... I also went into this magic shop where they sell all those 道具 for a magic show. Then the shop attendent showed us how to use them which is some what like a magic show! It was so cool!! The magic stick just moves on its own! LOL! I'm kinda childish to still believe it move on its own... After Disneyland, We ABANDONED the tour and went to Tokyo tower ourselves! We managed to find the correct densha (Japan MRT/train) from the confusing densha map, and walked 15mins to reach the tokyo tower. The view was superb! With all those Neon lights and stuff, oh and i could still see Disney Land! Bought souveniers(again) and went food hunting! We had sushi, sashimi and some kind of tepanyaki. Oh btw, the Japan sushi is different from the singapore 1. In singapore, u choose to dip the sushi into soy saice or eat it plan, but in Japan, the "filling" of the sushi is already dipped in soy sauce and "pasted" to the rice by wasabi. No more troblesome dipping... It was 11pm plus when we finally reached the hotel. The journey (of densha) was almost 2 hours! The express densha was closed, so have to take the local one (which stop every stop). OMG almost died from it ... haha... ~~ 1/6/2008 ~~ The last day in Japan! I'm not that happy to leave u see. Anyway, that day was free, which means that we could go anywhere we wants! We went to Akihabara, a place where you get the cheapest electronic goods, and a great place to get anime, manga and see cosplay! This is where Trainman (a Jap drama, go search if u don't noe) is shot, coz trainman was a zai2 nan2 who loves Anime but later fall in love with a gal. NVM. @ Akihabara, we boght our lectronic dictionary, then my Mum decided to but me gadgets! I got a Brand new MP3!!!! HOORAY!!! Oh and a camera too... not really 4 me lah... but everyone could use it... forgot the model so i will post the pic next time... Later, we had Jap curry for lunch. In the shop, u cnt order, but buy from vending machines. U will get the ticket from the machine after u press the button, like how we buy drinks from the vending machine... Later, hand the tickets and get ur food! Jap curry is nice! Its not too spicy and smells great! We headed back to hotel after lunch and get ready for the flight. In the airport, we bought chocolates(again), its branded ok? I will only share with some ppl coz i didn but a lot haha... On the plane, i watched 27 dresses... It was so funny, and interesting too... then i watched Bambi.. Haha.. childish rite? It used to be my favourite show when i was young ok? Whatever.... Thats about all ...
